I think most of the Taylormade irons now have the stronger lofts so definitely would take some time to adapt. I’m leaning towards the P790’s but I won’t know until I hit them both though there seems to be a lot of similarities between them.

Looking at a set of 2019 P790s from a local seller and there are serial #s on all the irons.I thought TM only did serial #s on the 5 or 7 iron. Can anybody with a set of 2019 P790s let me know if all clubs have serial #s? Thanks.
new taylormade p790 iron heads...purchased .355 taper tip
Apr 24, 2020 · I recently purchased brand new (in the plastic) version 1 Taylormade P790 iron heads and C-taper Lite .355 shafts. When attempting to assembly I am only able to get the shaft 1 inch into the hosel. I lightly sanded the tapered shaft, thinking that was the issue.
