Nov 11, 2024 · If I open LibreOffice 24.8 and select the document, either from the File Explorer that opens or from the pictured recent documents, it opens just fine. Once I open the document in this way, then close it and open another one, the first document does not appear in the list of recent documents in the dropdown list in the second document.
Any good way to compare two documents for similar content?
May 3, 2021 · Open both documents in LibreOffice Writer. Go to the “Window” menu and select “New Window.” This will open a second window with the same document. In the second window, open the second document you want to compare. After step 1, you have two windows, each having own document (so both that you want to compare).
