Jul 14, 2017 · I've attached a couple pictures. LG OLED65B7P. 1) My first panel. It had banding all over the place and could easily see it in all content. It was very distracting. It was bothering me a lot. 2) Banding from a scene in Interstellar. Phone camera overexposes the issue but you get the idea. 3) Banding from a scene in Prometheus.

Apr 9, 2023 · Manual calibration with the user menu controls works well for Dolby Vision, but the lowest adjustable point is 2.5% digital stimulus so nothing below that point can be corrected (HDR can be adjusted manually down to 1.6%), and therefore in Absolute and Perceptual Mode, near black below 2.5% digital stimulus will still be below reference.
