Dartmouth Skiway opened in 1956 and boasts 104 skiable acres with two lifts and two carpets and has snowmaking capacity over 60 acres. The base elevation is 968 feet, and the summit elevation is 1,943 feet. The vertical drop is 968 feet. There are 25% beginner, 50% intermediate, and 25% expert runs. The longest trail (Big Green) is 1.25 miles.

The Dartmouth Skiway is a ski area in the northeastern United States, in Lyme, New Hampshire. Located about twenty minutes northeast of Dartmouth College, it has thirty trails from easiest (green circle) to most difficult (black diamond) on over one hundred acres (40 ha) of skiable area.

Dartmouth Skiway is well known for low rates and short lift lines. The old area always has drawn a good combination of students, faculty, and the general public to its slopes. The area has contributed close to 100 members of U.S. ski teams over the years. This is a hot bed of ski racing.
