His 3-7 record since the last Super Bowl run combined with the patheticness of most of those losses combined with the current 5 year draught would have gotten most coaches fired.

The "Fire Tomlin" crowd will never make sense to me. People don't realize how hard it is to win the Super Bowl. I think the Patriots dynasty has really skewed that perspective; that kind of team having that kind of success for 20 years straight is extremely rare.

Nov 18, 2024 · I've been pretty tired of Tomlin for several years now, but I'll give credit where credit is due. There are still red zone issues, and they still struggle to score early for the most part, but things are looking much better.

Tomlin is still a good head coach. Don’t fire him. BUT they need to hire new coordinators to bring Steelers ball to the level that’s expected. Tomlin’s ridiculous record of losses against inferior opponents started around 2014. That’s right around the time the original run from 2007-2011 team was on their way out. And that run from 2014-2018 did even come close to yielding what they were capable of.
