The house sits on a half-acre-plus lot in a community of 13 restored cottages within the Langham Huntington Pasadena grounds.

Outdoor sculptures are subtly incorporated in the design. There isn't a photo of the Wallace Neff designed five-bedroom guest house, but it is one of the buildings that comes with the sale.
