The Winnipeg Jets and Chicago Blackhawks have completed a deal that will send defenseman Isaak Phillips to the Jets and defenseman Dmitry Kuzmin to the Blackhawks, according to TSN’s Darren Dreger.

The Chicago Blackhawks today announced that the team has acquired defenseman Dmitry Kuzmin from the Winnipeg Jets in exchange for defenseman Isaak Phillips.

Kuzmin has four points in 21 games with the Manitoba Moose, Phillips has eight points in 28 games with the Rockford IceHogs this season
