"Our defense really picked up in the second half … and that was the difference." The Ducks got off to a cold start in Wisconsin, falling behind by double digits. However, Oregon’s defense allowed the Ducks to dig themselves out of a 17-point deficit and force overtime with a deep three-pointer by Jackson Shelstad with 12 seconds left in regulation.

The Oregon Ducks kicked off the final road trip of its season with a key win, narrowly defeating the Iowa Hawkeyes in Iowa City, 80-78. After leading by as many as 10, the Ducks allowed the Hawkeyes to field a comeback and trailed with less than three minutes to play.
