Fort Worth police released video of a deadly police shooting last week that involved a man who had hit his mother and was threatening to kill her with a knife. Body camera video shows him charging at the officers with two knives as they tried to protect her.

The sergeant and the officer were fired after internal investigations found they violated multiple policies, but the department would not say what those policies were.
