Target is set to open this fall at Vineyard Towne Center in Queen Creek, which is now fully leased, Vestar — a shopping center owner and manager in the western United States — announced Thursday.

“There will never be another standalone, traditional mall built in this country,” said David Larcher, CEO of shopping-center owner/developer Vestar.
