Prosecutors have warned that Jan. 6 defendants attending Trump's inauguration could end up face-to-face with officers they attacked four years ago.

Trump has repeatedly vowed to pardon those charged in the Jan. 6 Capitol attack, calling them “patriots” and “hostages.”
