On Feb. 18, they appeared before Portsmouth Judge Howard Harcha. Both defendants signed their arraignments on this date.
They will be sentenced by Scioto County Common Pleas Judge Howard H. Harcha III. With their change of plea to guilty in January, the pair avoids a jury trial that had been scheduled to start March 24.
