National Weather Service Issues “Particularly Dangerous Situation” Red Flag Warnings
On Monday morning the National Weather Service (NWS), issued a 'Particularly Dangerous Situation' (PDS) Red Flag Warning that will be in effect at 4:00 a.m. Tuesday through noon on Wednesday in parts of Southern California.
