Each U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) field office, including Dallas, was told to aim for about 75 arrests per day, according to an internal weekend call among ICE officials, as reported by The Washington Post and FOX News.

The arrests primarily took place in Dallas, Irving, Arlington, Fort Worth, Garland and Collin County. Federal agents detained 84 people of “varying degrees of criminality,” according to Dexter Henson, the ICE spokesperson.

CBS News has learned that the Denver metro area is among the next targets for the stepped-up immigration arrest operations that U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement has been conducting under the Trump administration.

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement raids have begun in New York City as the Trump administration pushes for an increase in arrests of undocumented people across the United States. On Tuesday, Department of Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem was in New York City to oversee ICE enforcement operations.
