The man arrested on murder and arson charges in the death of a woman who was set on fire inside a subway train has been arraigned, while police said the identity of the victim was still “pending.”

A suspect is in custody after the incident on an F train in Brooklyn on Sunday morning. Officers found a woman "fully engulfed in flames."

Calil, 33, of Guatemala was charged Monday afternoon with murder after authorities say he approached a woman on a train in Brooklyn and ignited her clothes.
