Anime-like VTubers are already mainstream in Japan. Talent agency Hololive wants them to reach the American zeitgeist next.

Hololive Vtuber fans online started sharing receipts showing how tariffs applied by US President Donald Trump affected merchandise costs, and Myth member Calliope Mori even spoke about the situation.
