Officials tell us there was damage to four to five homes after a tornado touched down in Rockcastle County on Thursday morning along Red Hill Road, including the home of Virginia Pheanis.
The Tornado Warning was issued for some of East Tennessee, including the Knoxville metropolitan area, until 9:45 p.m.
