The Oklahoma Highway Patrol has issued an Amber Alert for missing 14-year-old Wesley Rouse, who was last seen in Oklahoma City.

Officials believe they have found the body of a 12-year-old boy who was swept away by floodwaters in Virginia on Tuesday.
