Holly resident Joseph Strange, who worked at Eminem's Ferndale studio, was charged by the FBI following the January leak of more than two dozen songs.

"The significant damage caused by a trusted employee to Eminem's artistic legacy and creative integrity cannot be overstated," a spokesman said.
