The Iowa Supreme Court has overturned an Appeals Court ruling and says a man accused of killing a coworker at a Wright County packing is not competent to stand trial. Iowa Supreme Court justices say Lukouxs Brown may never be mentally competent enough to stand trial in the 2021 stabbing death of Wayne Smith at the Prestage Pork in Eagle Grove.
