CORYDON, Ind. (WAVE) - The Southern Indiana man arrested for threatening Elon Musk posted on “X” he was going to bomb his house. David Cherry pleaded not guilty and was released from jail after posting a $2,500 bond. Cherry’s lawyer said he plans to fight the charges with the First Amendment.
