The Hawaii Rainbow Warriors achieved an 81-70 win over CSU Bakersfield, maintaining the lead throughout the game and showcasing solid shooting performance.

The Hawaii basketball team made clutch shots from the field and at the free-throw line to pull away to an 81-70 victory over Cal State Bakersfield at SimpliFi Arena at Stan Sheriff Center tonight.

Jemel Jones led the Roadrunners (9-10, 3-4) in scoring, finishing with 29 points, nine rebounds and three steals. Cal State Bakersfield also got 18 points and three steals from Corey Stephenson. CJ Hardy finished with nine points and two steals.
