PITTSBURGH — A woman is in critical condition after she was hit by a car in Pittsburgh’s Oakland neighborhood Friday. Pittsburgh police said emergency crews were called to the intersection of Fifth Avenue and Neville Street at around 7:20 p.m. for reports of a pedestrian hit by a car.
