Russian River Brewing’s cult fave, Pliny the Younger, is celebrating its 20th anniversary, a landmark for a triple IPA that makes an appearance for just two weeks at the brewery each year.
The sought-after beer is brewed by Russian River Brewing Co. in the North Bay and is the more hoppy cousin of Russian River’s Pliny the Elder, which is brewed year-round.
That’s a whopping four times more than Russian River’s other trademark IPA, Pliny the Elder, which sees about 2.4 pounds of dry hops.
