NORWICH - A person was found dead Tuesday morning at Uncas Leap Heritage Park, according to the Norwich Police Department. Officers responded to the city-owned park on Yantic Street around 11:07 a.m.
Investigators determined that there are no indications of criminal activity or any risk to the public, according to police.
