Interstate 80 in Nebraska was reopened early Wednesday morning after being shut down for hours amid blizzard conditions.

Nebraska and Iowa cities and counties have issued snow emergencies ahead of expected blizzard conditions Wednesday. The city of La Vista is in a snow emergency from 12 p.m. Wednesday through 6 a.m.
