U.S. Rep. Seth Magaziner is set to reintroduce a bill to guarantee paid time off for all full-time employees on Monday.

The break includes four weeks of fully paid time off. “We sweeten the deal by also providing them a cash payment of $5,000 for them to use in whatever way they choose.
