The person killed Wednesday on Little Rock's Geyer Street was a 17-year-old boy, a police incident report states. A woman was shot in the arm in the same incident.

Police said the 17-year-old was charged with one felony count of first-degree murder, a felony count of attempted first-degree murder, and a felony count of aggravated battery.
