Residents in a Charlotte, N.C., neighborhood say a man frequently stands in his own doorway naked, but police have no plans to bring any charges against him.

CHEROKEE COUNTY, S.C. — A man who was standing naked in the middle of I-85 in Cherokee County, South Carolina, was hit, killed early Thursday morning, according to the coroner's office.
