Detective Chohan moved to the USA from Pakistan in 1992 at the age of 14. He reflects on how different life was for South Asian migrants back then and how cricket was always a part of his identity.

A post-mortem has yet to establish how Mr Chohan died, but he was pulled from the sea on 22 April having been in the water for several weeks. It took several days for the corpse to be identified.
