Microsoft has had a long and messy history supporting work and personal accounts with Teams. Windows 11 first integrated Teams into the taskbar, but the app only worked with personal accounts.

Microsoft Teams will finally be a single app for personal and work accounts. The new app is rolling out to businesses next month and will be part of Windows 11.
