Investigators said George Oliver Jr. went into the Home Depot store at 300 South Village Center on Oct. 28 and got a printed quote for 108 units of 12/3 electrical wire.

Southlake, Texas police said fire marshals saw a man driving “extremely erratically” and followed him, thinking he was having a crisis. When he ran in Home Depot and hid, they called police.

Abdulazez Almotair and Enrique Garcia were taken into custody by Southlake police around 10:45 a.m. at a Home Depot on Village Center Drive. They face felony theft charges.
