A pair of crape mrytles went in the very small front parking strip. It will be fine, though, because 'PDX-tra Early Red' doesn't get much bigger than 6 feet or so. Some are even shorter.

Crape myrtle 'Pocomoke' crape myrtle defies others by taking on a shrub form of 3 to 4 feet tall and wide. Pink flowers bloom in the summer sun, while fall foliage is deep red.
