Amazon began enforcing its global return-to-office policy on Monday, but there have been some exceptions reported.

The change was originally announced Sept. 23, 2023, by Amazon CEO Andy Jassy in a message addressed to employees.

All of Amazon's office staff must return to the office five days a week. During the pandemic, Amazon let managers choose how many days corporate employees would work in the office.
