The Google I/O 2023 event introduced the “Help Me Write” feature in Gmail, and it's now available to Workspace Lab users on both desktops and mobile devices.
The “ Help Me write ” feature in the Gmail apps on Android and iOS lets users draft emails from snippets of text. Users write the main points of what their email is about, and AI does the rest.

Summarize this email While you can condense emails using a Gemini prompt, a dedicated Summarize this email button is located at the top of emails. This is more prominent in the Gmail app.
