STOCKTON – A floodgate that will try to bring thousands of Central Valley homes out of a 100-year flood zone is now complete. But some homeowners are hesitant to say it's worth it just yet.

The National Weather Service has issued a flood warning for a stream in the Valley due to this weekend's heavy rainfall.

An updated flood watch was issued by the National Weather Service on Saturday at 2:54 p.m. valid for Tuesday between 2 a.m. and 2:16 p.m. for East Central Willamette Valley.
