Coffee jelly is like Jell-O, but flavored with coffee instead of strawberry or raspberry. The three-ingredient recipe is simple, and the process is as easy as making a box of the powdered stuff.
I first shared this recipe in 2010, but it was time for an update. So, I’ve updated the photos, information, even the title and the recipe. I originally called them Coffee Squares, which was true.
When you’re ready to serve, cut the coffee jelly into a grid of roughly ½"–¾" cubes. Divide into four dessert cups and dollop with the prepared whipped cream.
