One person is dead and 14 others were injured after "some sort of explosion" and fire at a Bronx building Wednesday, FDNY officials said.
Firefighters are battling a five-alarm blaze at an apartment building in the Bronx. A report of the fire along East 209th Street, between Decatur Avenue and Parkside Place, came in around 12:30 p.m.
