Here comes stable One UI 6 (Android 14), Samsung owners. At least one reader of ours has received the stable build on their Galaxy S23 Ultra, labeled as software version S918U1UEU1BWK4 for T-Mobile.

If you use your Galaxy S23, Galaxy S23+, or Galaxy S23 Ultra for work, you may want to check in with your IT team (if you have one) before you install Android 14.

We have spotted a couple of Geekbench entries for an Android 14-powered Galaxy S23 Ultra. It’s the carrier-locked variant of the phone (model number SM-S918U) with 8GB of RAM.

The Korean giant is seemingly on track with this schedule, judging from a recent leak on GeekBench, where a Galaxy S23 Ultra was spotted running Android 14 and presumably One UI 6 on top.

The Android 14 beta reached platform stability earlier this month. Samsung can now move ahead with its beta program. The Galaxy S23 series could get the One UI 6.0 beta in July.

The stable version of Android 14 is currently moving out to Galaxy S23, Galaxy S23+, and Galaxy S23 Ultra owners on T-Mobile as version S91xUSQUBWK4. The software is around 3GB in size.

The first stable Android 14 firmware build number for the Galaxy S23, Galaxy S23+, and Galaxy S23 Ultra in Europe is S91*BXXU3BWJM. For beta users, the OTA (over the air) package weighs about 360MB.
