New Jersey has some troubling grades in the State of the Air report from the American Lung Association — and the main pollution source has shifted.

Air pollution happens both indoors and outside. Outside air pollution is mainly caused by traffic and factories that release pollutants like nitrogen oxide and sulphur dioxide into the air.
