As temperatures plunge, the City of Houston confirmed it will open 12 locations to provide a warm place to stay.

Houston Mayor John Whitmire, alongside officials from the City of Houston Office of Emergency Management, Houston Police Department, and Houston Fire Department, gave an update on incoming extreme cold weather and available warming centers for residents in need.
