Counties across Massachusetts could see up to 10 inches of snow on Sunday, according to the National Weather Service.

HOLDEN, Mass. — Towns in central Massachusetts are racing to dig out before the deep freeze sets in after seeing jackpot snow totals from Sunday’s winter storm. Plows were out in full force overnight in the Worcester County town of Holden, where half a foot of snow fell.

Sunday's snowstorm left the region blanketed with between 3 inches of snow to nearly 10 inches, depending on the location. The highest totals were in Lebanon County, with Palmyra reporting 9.8 inches of snow,
