Kate Middleton broke into a broad smile as she accepted a drawing of her only daughter, Princess Charlotte, from a young fan while on the royal family’s annual Christmas Day walkabout at Sandringham.

Charlotte looked gorgeous in a dark blue-and-black plaid coat with blue tights and a dark green bow in her long brown hair during the Christmas walk. But while most royals, including King Charles and Queen Camilla, stop to wave or have a quick chat with onlookers, Princess Charlotte did something more unexpected — she posed for a selfie with a fan!

Kate Middleton, Princess Charlotte and more members of the British royal family came together for Christmas Day services in Sandringham, Norfolk, on Wednesday to celebrate the holiday. The Prince and Princess of Wales brought their three children to greet well-wishers for the morning’s festivities.
