Emirates has officially inaugurated its Airbus A350 into commercial service, launching it on flights between its Dubai (DXB) hub and the Scottish capital, Edinburgh. The aircraft takes over from a mix of Boeing 777-300ER and Boeing 777-200LR equipment.
New Emirates flights from Dubai for 2025
Emirates has also increased the frequency of its flights connecting DXB with Addis Abba as of Wednesday January 1 2025. There will now be daily flights to the Ethiopian capital city. Taking off on Sunday March 30, the flight will be operated with one of the shiny new retrofitted Emirates Boeing 777-300ER planes.
