MP Sanjay Singh on Sunday alleged that the government was attempting a "cover up" of the incident of stampede at the New Delhi Railway Station and that it has not yet revealed the exact number of those who had lost their lives in the tragedy.

AAP Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Singh accused the central Government for covering up the stampede incident while blaming the Railway Minister for not taking any responsibility. He also called the matter very unfortunate.

A devastating stampede at New Delhi Railway Station on the night of Saturday, February 15, led to several fatalities, with reports suggesting between 15 to 18 victims, although the actual number could be higher.

The New Delhi railway station turned into a scene of panic and chaos when a stampede left 18 people dead and several others injured.
