No your not allowed to bring in food to drinks. Just water. It's a place for site seeing and taking photos. Along with doing wedding ceremonies and what not. But no place to picnic. …

No your not allowed to bring in food to drinks. Just water. It's a place for site seeing and taking photos. Along with doing wedding ceremonies and what not. But no place to picnic. You are more than welcome to picnic outside of the Japanese garden though.They have pinic areas by the Japanese garden.
