Little bit of a line to get in, but well worth it! Locker area to store heavy coats is very convenient. Make sure you have some time to spend there as it is easy to get lost in the art. Full review by JungleJen86

No. The Pass Jeux is only needed for the SILT (grey) perimeter. The Louvre is outside the perimeter, but between 18 and 26 July you must have an entry ticket or train ticket to access the Louvre. After the 26th the perimeters are no longer needed and will be dismantled.
