No. There is an elevator inside the mansion but it is no longer in use.

I would contact Glensheen directly. There is a fair amount of stairs within the house and to the garden. Just not sure.

No, there is no restaurant at Glensheen. They do have a gift shop but I don't know if they sell snacks. The mansion is very close to Duluth, which has many options to dine. My favorite place is The Duluth Grill, they have a huge menu with loads of healthy (and splurgy) options. Enjoy your time there!
