Arc de Triomphe is a beautiful monument. It was very busy when we visited, I would recommend going there early to avoid crowds if possible.Full review by Loverochelle

A:
We did not do the guided tour, but did go up to the top. There are enough video screens and information boards all over that I don't think you would miss much if you did not take the tour.

A:
When we were there in late June, no masks were required for anything we went to in France. We didn't take any and were never asked to wear one.
