I have a summary/order no and a product code but it doesn't seem to recognise neither of them. Could you please help or do I have to ring and make the booking, which I have tried but it is just an answer machine. Help appreciated!

Hello, you're more than welcome to use Tesco Vouchers towards the cost of a ticket. However, these vouchers can not be used to pre-book, they can only be used when you visit as a walk up customer and purchase your ticket on arrival (subject to availability). We hope you have a great visit.

We booked online, I don’t think it’s cheaper than paying at the museum. They give you a ticket for 48 hours, no specific time.
